At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated but your satisfaction isn't. If your fashion statement didn't land as expected, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
